Eating Disorder Inpatient Treatment

Day 4 schedule:
7:20am- Vital sign, weight, labs, stretching
8:30am- Breakfast
9:30am- Session with doctor
10:30am- Snack 1
11:00am- Writing/Editing blog, reading, 1 lap hallway walking ( I thought I was able to walk for 5 minus, but was actually 1 lap hallway walking. WHAT A LIFE)
12:30pm- Lunch
1:15pm- Stretch
2:30pm- Snack 2
3:00am- A little bit of core workout :p
5:10pm- Shower
5:30pm- Dinner
6:10pm- Stretch, Resting, 1 lap hallway walking with mom
8:30pm- Snack 3
9:00pm- Edit/write blogs, TV, Stretch, free time
12:00am- Went to the bed
Food:
Breakfast- Omelette, soy milk, fruits cup and regular coffee

Snack 1- greek yogurt and coffee
Lunch

Snack 2- apple and peanut butter
Dinner

Snack 3- Soy milk and grapes
Thought:
I was so scared eat today's dinner. I was scared of teriyaki source, amount of carbs, and less protein. I cried while I am eating. I was so mad that my dietitian had planned this dinner. I told her that I would like to have more protein and less amount of carbs, but I actually got large amount of carbs (for me) less protein and sweet source.
My afternoon observer was so nice and I really enjoyed talking with her. Made my mind get off from the dinner I had today.
With Dietitian
I prefer not to have carrots in my meal plan. I liked hummus, celery, salmon, omelettes and greek yogurt. I've already discussed my dislikes and likes with her and I prefer to plan my meals with MORE PROTEIN and LESS CARBS. BUT I GOT LESS PROTEIN MORE CARBS FOR MY DINNER AND I WAS MAD.
