Day 3 schedule:
3:30am- Walk up middle of the night
5:30am- Walk up really early so I writing/editing blogs
7:30am- Vital sign, medical check ups (labs)
8:20am- Breakfast
9:00am- Writing/editing blogs, Watching CNN
9:30am- Session with Doctors- I got approved to have 5 minus walk for twice a day!
10:00am- 5 minuets walking
10:30am- Snack 1
11:30am- Session with psychologist- I got approved to have more privacy. I have to stay with someone after every meal for 2 hours, but yay!!!
12:30pm- Lunch
1:30pm- Edit/writing blogs
2:40pm- Snack 2
3:20pm- Free time, Stretch
5:15pm- Shower
5:30pm- Dinner
6:30pm- free time, Stretch, went to wheel chair walk with mom
8:30pm- Snack 3
9:45pm- went to sleep
11:30pm- woke up middle of the night couldn’t go back to sleep
Food:
Breakfast- one slice of meat bread, scramble egg, supplements regular coffee and soy milk
Snack 1- Greek yogurt, coffee
Lunch



Snack 3- cantaloups, decaf tea
Thought:
I was thinking about how I want to be in the future. I want to gain weight. And be sexy!!! I want to start designing under wear. But first I have to gain weight!
I got upset because I thought I am allow to walk 5 moues twice daily, but nurse told me it is only 2 laps. Misunderstanding. I was so mad.
With psychologist :
I have talked about whole life, she told me to tell everything that happened in my life.
